You can notify us of your decision using the "Return an item" option in the "Orders" tab of your customer account.
If you do not have a customer account, you can initiate the exchange or refund request using the "Return or exchange an item" page and specifying the following:
- The order number
- The date of receipt of the order
- The Product(s) you wish to return
- Your surname, first name and postal address
- Your email address
You have 14 working days (from receipt or collection of your order) to claim an exchange or refund for your items, which must be returned in perfect condition.
Our physical stores (within Museums) are not authorised to exchange or refund items purchased online for home delivery.
In the event of an error in preparing your order or item(s) being damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item(s). Please get in touch with us directly.
