Your loyalty vouchers will be sent to you via email 30 days after your most recent purchase that increased your balance to over 150 points. Vouchers can only be used at www.boutiquesdemusees.fr to purchase of item(s) with a value of at least €7.50 (not including books and shipping costs) and are valid for one year after the date of issue. They can be viewed in your Club area and are available for use with your next order.
Your available vouchers are listed on the order payment page. Just check the appropriate box to apply the voucher(s) of your choice:
Loyalty vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or issued as a credit note or cash return.
